We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, who is ready to conquer the world. The candidate should have experience in managing a global team. Should be exposed to launching a brand in a region and support the sales team to build the business in the respective markets. And should be motivated by a pioneering challenge to establish a new brand and business in the respective markets.
Good skills in product costing and expense management are important as the candidate will be involved in the pricing decisions. Should be driven by energy and speed. The right candidate should be motivated to take initiative and should not be pushed to perform. Exposure in an OKR driven Agile work environment would be an advantage. Working in divisional and cross-functional teams would be apart of the job profile.
Essential Qualification / Exposure
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Marketing or related field
• 5 years experiences in the same role with a total of up to 15 years with Global Marketing background
• Work experience with multiple task and leaders
• Highly committed to accomplishing any task and KPI.
• Exposure to Agile management practices
• Strong mindset and able to work under pressure
• Age bracket 35 – 42 is preferred
